Shipping policy

US Shipping
Starting 29 August 2025, the United States will suspend the de minimis exemption for international shipments. This means our local post office will no longer accept packages at standard postal rates. The only available option is Express shipping at USD $159, regardless of weight. 

Because of this, I will be temporarily suspending orders from the US until a more feasible solution can be found. I don’t feel comfortable asking customers to pay such exorbitant shipping costs.

Thank you for your understanding, and I’ll update you as soon as I have a better shipping arrangement in place.

Order Processing
Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 3 - 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery time:
Singapore: 1-5 business days after shipment
International: about 2-4 weeks or 1-2 months after shipment depending on the country and their customs

Shipping
I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.
will not offer refunds or re-deliveries for lost or damaged goods since it is completely out of my control once I drop it off the post office. Thank you for understanding!

International Shipping
All orders that are shipped internationally come with tracking. You will automatically receive a tracking number through email once your order is shipped. Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.

International Customs
Lying about value is a serious offense and puts store-owners at risks of fines or worse. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.

Preorders
For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the last pre-ordered product arrives! This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.

Return to Sender Orders
If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not ours (for eg: shipping address is inaccurate, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, etc.) you may choose to have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and re-shipment fee paid. Please note that the re-shipment fee will be the original cost of shipping.
However if the fault lies in us, we will cover the re-shipment cost.

All orders placed automatically agree to terms listed above.
